In version 2.0 we've improved it with a few things to help you on your journey:

• Hardened elastic back – for greater wearing comfort.
• Laptop pocket moved to the side – faster and more convenient access to your device.
• Practical key clip in the front pocket – for safety and convenience.
• Stronger buckles – will survive even extreme use.
• Buckle above the side pocket – easier insertion of larger items, e.g. a tripod.
• Possibility of buying a hip belt – they will make hiking with a heavier load easier. They only fit the new Globcak model.
• Removable inner wall – you can adjust the backpack to your needs by dividing it into two compartments or combining it into one large space.

By choosing Globcak 2.0 you are taking care of the environment by giving waste a second life – the outer layer is made of used and cleaned cement bags collected from construction sites in Tanzania. The backpacks have subtle traces of their previous life, which also give them character.

The backpack is designed with comfort in mind. The shoulders do not rub, they are lined with soft foam and finished with cotton fabric, which makes wearing it pleasant, even for long hours.

Pockets and compartments that make life easier:

• Quick access side pocket - perfect for a bottle of water, which thanks to this pocket stays cold longer, like a mini fridge! And inside it, an additional small zip pocket perfect for small items, such as money or an SD card, that you will always have at hand.
• Your laptop is literally at your fingertips – the laptop pocket on the side provides quick and safe access to your equipment whenever you need it.
• Internal compartment for documents and electronics - spacious, will hold a tablet, documents and even a laptop. You can easily organize all your things and fit A4 format.
• Front pocket with a practical fastener – forget about searching for keys or other small items that always need to be in one place.
• Flexibility in organization – the ability to divide the internal compartment into two parts, so you can adjust the backpack to your needs, and everything will find its place.
• Side pocket for a bottle or tripod – the spacious pocket will fit a 1.5-liter bottle, a tripod, or even other larger items.

Production

• Ethical production – Globcaki 2.0 was created in the Innocenta sewing factory in Tanzania, supporting local communities.
• Recycled materials – The top layer of the backpack is made from cleaned cement bags, which, thanks to their structure, resemble the material known from Ikea nets. They are solid and tested by us for over three years, which gives us the confidence that the backpack will withstand even the toughest challenges. What's more, the bags were collected from construction sites, cleaned, and the cement residues were recovered and reused.
• Traditional Fabric – The lining of the backpack is 100% cotton kitenge fabric, which was purchased locally in Mwanza, Tanzania. It is a material full of life and history, which perfectly complements the unique character of the backpack.

How to care?

After receiving the shipment, pack Globcak 2.0 and leave for 24 hours to take on its best shape.

Clean your backpack with a damp cloth – avoid detergents to keep the material in the best condition possible.

Please note that the shade of the backpack may vary slightly from the photo, and there may be light dirt on the surface - these are traces of its previous life on the construction site, which add character and authenticity to it.

International shipments
We send express shipments to most countries in the world using UPS and FedEx couriers. When finalizing the order, after specifying your own country, you can choose any place of delivery. Depending on the country, the cost of delivery of your order and the courier will change (there will always be a cheaper option).

Customs fees for countries outside the European Union may apply when collecting the parcel. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the recipient. All shipments should arrive within 5 working days from the moment of sending them, excluding the potential time of keeping the parcels in the customs warehouses of the destination country.

Shipping cost
The cost of shipping orders in Poland is PLN 13.90 (InPost parcel locker) or PLN 14.90 (InPost courier). Free shipping in Poland from PLN 500.

Package delivery time
From the moment the payment is received, we usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. The exception are orders carried out during the week of large deliveries of goods - then, due to the large number of orders, the delivery time may be extended to 3 weeks. working days.

You will be notified by e-mail when the package is shipped. Then the delivery will take up to 2 business days in Poland. Information on international parcels is presented further in the article.
